Our Production Team
Meet our team of dedicated, dynamic, creative storytellers who make up the Inflexion Points team
Tom Dudzinski – Project Director/Executive Producer
My storytelling journey began by producing medical training videos at the University of Michigan, but I was just getting started. After producing nationally distributed shows at PBS stations in Nashville and Denver, I took the leap and co-founded Renaissance Media, where we focused on telling stories that made a difference.
Along the way, I produced, directed, and wrote everything from internationally distributed documentaries to TV programs that won Emmy awards to media projects for major corporate and nonprofit clients. The best part? Building and inspiring creative teams that turn important ideas … like sustainable living … into compelling content.
But that's just half the story - my other creative outlet has always been music. Whether I was sitting behind my drum kit in a Denver club, playing gigs and recording in Nashville studios, or producing original tracks for TV shows, I've always enjoyed collaborating with creative people who are passionate about bringing great stories to life, one way or another. And making a difference along the way.
David Baud – Co-Executive Producer/Director
It all started in the South of France with a flipbook, one frame at a time. The illusion of movement captivated me. With a Super8 camera, I made my first stop-motion film with a group of passionate teenagers. It took us a year to complete a five-minute film, but the recognition we received from seasoned filmmakers made it all worth it. My camera became my third eye, capturing my adventures, from hang gliding over the Alps to windsurfing in remote places, and preserving memories of family, friends, and nature.
Professionally, I started in broadcast television in Paris, making films about philosophers, politicians, adventurers, farmers, and astronauts, each with a story that broadened my view of the world. Then came computers, revolutionizing how I worked. Editing, once a tedious process, became more precise and creative. Celluloid gave way to magnetic tapes, which were soon replaced by digital bits. With technology, finishing became seamless, and the visual quality of films leapt forward.
In 2001, I directed my first feature documentary about a film jury at Cannes, distributed in four European countries. That experience launched my production company, Kosmos Productions, which later established a studio in Colorado. My work has since aired on major networks and streaming platforms across Europe and America, including Netflix, Prime Video, PBS, NBC/Universal, France Télévisions, TV Brasil, and ZDF.
Today, I use filmmaking to shed light on social justice, environmental issues, and the natural world, hoping to inspire a new generation of changemakers.
Olivier Sabatier – Creative Designer
Visual design is much more than a job for me; it's a passion that has driven me for over 20 years. I love giving meaning to images, creating striking identities, and imagining visuals that speak for themselves. Whether for a logo, a visual identity, a marketing campaign, an illustration, or a photograph, each project is an opportunity to explore new ideas and refine my vision.
My approach is both bold and refined, guided by a search for a balance between spontaneity and precision. I craft each project with an artisanal approach, where experimentation and handwork give rise to authentic visuals. I enjoy observing trends, drawing inspiration from them without conforming to them, and, above all, understanding what makes a creation timeless and memorable.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with companies of all sizes, from dynamic startups to tourism players, cosmetics and wellness brands. Driven by a passion for photography, I've been honing my vision and mastery of imagery for over 20 years through film and video production.
Today, I bring this expertise to socially engaged projects by participating in the creation of environmental films. My ambition: to tell inspiring stories, magnify the beauty of nature, and raise awareness about its preservation through powerful and authentic images.
Janne Read-Bersson – Production Manager
I joined the BBC in London in 1980 and during my 15 years there I worked in several roles as Production Co-Ordinator, Researcher, Assistant Producer, Production Manager, and occasional Studio Director. I loved working on documentaries about many captivating subjects from Renaissance Italian Architecture, Modern Art, Archaeology, History – from the fall of the Berlin Wall to the modern British Monarchy - and Cinema, to mention just a few.
After leaving the BBC to enter the freelance world, I worked as a Senior Production Manager and sometime Line Producer on drama-documentaries before ending up as a Production Executive at a major independent media company in London. I oversaw production teams, budgeting, financial reporting, series commissions, broadcaster negotiations, staffing, and compliance.
It’s been a fascinating journey that has taken me to many corners of the world – from the Cook Islands to India, from the sub-arctic tundra of Canada to Ethiopia and many places in-between, where I managed very complex location shoots with all the challenges those can bring. Two of my many highlights are finding a bagpiper to be filmed in a remote desert town in Texas at less than 24 hours’ notice and negotiating with the Vatican to film in the Pope’s private garden!
Throughout my career, the common thread has been working on projects made by committed filmmakers with passion and integrity. I've always believed in the power of storytelling and the importance of bringing meaningful stories to life.
Michael Rosenzweig - Website Designer & Marketing Consultant
With a background in teaching and holding just about every position in a summer camp, I am a natural educator who has a knack for finding creative ways to approach marketing your business, services, or nonprofit mission. After studying marketing in college and trying a few careers, I landed in Colorado with a job in the nonprofit world at the Boulder JCC, working my way up from the front desk Receptionist to the Marketing Director. After dozens of events, fundraisers, and a capital campaign, I decided to work at a digital marketing agency where I helped small businesses grow and learned the value of scalable systems, processes, website design and SEO. After the birth of my daughter, flexibility became a paramount need for my family. I founded The Marketing Handyman because I wanted to change the way local businesses and organizations thought about marketing agencies and consultants. I genuinely want my clients to view me as a partner throughout their journey.

Dr. Michael Frank: Advisor / Music Supervisor
I recently retired from a 38 year career in pediatrics, and subsequently obtained a music composition degree from Regis University in Denver, CO. I’ve always been active in musical performance since high school. I participated in musical theater, glee clubs, university and community choirs, as well as various ensembles including the trio “Take - 3” and a popular/rock/blues band called “FreeStyle,” as a guitarist, vocalist, and mouth harpist, where I went by the moniker of “Dr. Blues.”
My family and I currently own and run The Savoy Denver which is the home base for the non-profit theatre company, Théâtre Artibus, and is also an event center for numerous other theatre companies and musical groups in the Denver Metropolitan area. It additionally houses the non-profit organization, Platte Forum, and is the location for many non-profit and community events.
